These Terms of Service determine the rules, obligations, and legal rights of barbers and hair salon administrators using the BerberIQ platform. By accessing or using our platform, you signify your complete agreement to these terms.

1. Provided Services

BerberIQ is a web-based, AI-enhanced software offering smart calendar scheduling, automated assistant capabilities (powered by Gemini API), and client management (CRM) tools for barber shops and hair styling studios.

2. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, login sessions, and secure authorization credentials associated with your salon dashboard.
You warrant that all information supplied about your salon listing, service Pricing lists, and opening hours is authentic and clean.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of clear system compromises, reverse-engineering attempts, or abuse of general services.

3. Google Sync & Third-Party Connectivity

By connecting your salon account to external services (e.g., Google Drive, Google Contacts), you maintain full control over the authorization. You can revoke this connection at any time via your own Google Account Security hub. BerberIQ is not liable for data loss caused by user-side Google credential loss, local connection resets, or cloud authorization expiration.

4. Limits of Liability

BerberIQ is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for business interruptions, temporary carrier communication delays (e.g., notification carrier outages), or device sync issues. Our liability is restricted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Revisions and Updates

We may modify these Terms of Service periodically to adapt to compliance shifts, platform updates, or secure infrastructure changes. Continued usage of BerberIQ after an update confirms your agreement to the modified terms.

Bu Kullanım Şartları, BerberIQ platformunu kullanırken uymanız gereken kuralları, haklarınızı ve sorumluluklarınızı belirler. Platformumuzu kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Sunulan Hizmetlerin Kapsamı

BerberIQ, üye salonların randevu süreçlerini dijitalleştiren, akıllı sesli randevu asistanlığı sağlayan (Gemini entegrasyonlu) ve müşteri (CRM) analizleri yapmalarına izin veren bulut tabanlı bir yazılımdır.

2. Üyelik ve Hesap Güvenliği

Kullanıcılar, kayıt sırasında sağladıkları bilgilerin doğruluğundan bizzat sorumludur.
Giriş ve yetkilendirme şifrelerinin/PIN kodlarının güvenliği tamamen salon sahibine aittir.
Uygulamanın lisansız veya yetkisiz kopyalanması, hacklenmesi veya kötüye kullanılması durumunda hesaplar askıya alınabilir.

3. Google Hesap Bağlantıları ve Sorumluluk

BerberIQ üzerinden yetkilendirdiğiniz Google Drive ve Google Contacts bağlantıları tamamen kendi kontrolünüzdedir. İstediğiniz zaman yetkilendirmeyi Google Hesap Güvenliği paneli üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. Yedekleme aşamasında Google Drive üzerinde oluşabilecek bağlantı kopukluklarından veya şahsi Google hesabınızın şifre güvenliğinden uygulamamız sorumlu tutulamaz.

4. Sorumluluk Sınırları

BerberIQ, randevu hatırlatma bildirimleri veya veri senkronizasyonlarında yaşanabilecek anlık altyapısal gecikmeler (SMS sağlayıcı hataları, WhatsApp API kesintileri vb.) sebebiyle oluşabilecek gelir kayıplarından yasal olarak mesul değildir. Hizmetimiz "olduğu gibi" modeliyle sunulmaktadır.

5. Değişiklikler ve Tek taraflı İptal

Yasal düzenlemeler veya yeni özelliklerin eklenmesi doğrultusunda bu Kullanım Şartları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Platformda aktif kalmaya devam ederek yeni şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
